Vice President David Harel of the Israel Academy of Sciences and Humanities and Professor Alon Harel of the Hebrew University have petitioned the Supreme Court against Education Minister Naftali Bennett and the Council for Higher Education.
They are demanding the annulment of the decision of the Council for Higher Education in Judea and Samaria to establish a faculty of medicine at Ariel University.
