Defendant Ra'ed Rushrush and judges were removed from the courtroom at the Nazareth Magistrates Court on Tuesday, after the family of Tehilla Nagar protested during the presentation of the plea bargain in the December 2016 murder.
Among other things, the indictment will be changed to manslaughter and the State Prosecutor's Office will not demand that the defendant be sentenced to life imprisonment.
