As expected, Central District Attorney's Office has filed an indictment against a 16-year-old boy from the Mateh Binyamin area for manslaughter under terrorist circumstances, aggravated throwing a stone at a vehicle under terrorist circumstances and intentional sabotage of a vehicle under circumstances of terror.
The indictment stems from the October 12, 2018, death of Palestinian Authority resident Aisa Ar-Rawbi on Highway 60 in Samaria. The State Prosecutor's Office requested the continued detention of the minor until the end of the legal proceedings against him.
