Finance Minister Moshe Kahlon told Israeli public radio, Tuesday morning that Palestinian Authority Chairman Mahmoud Abbas "is waging a war against his own people."
Responding to the PA veto on United States involvement in funding for PA projects, Kahlon explained, "It started in Gaza, and now there were projects that could advance the lives of the residents of Judea and Samaria."
