Attorney Amir Bracha sent a letter to the central investigating unit of the Samaria-Judea Police District on Wednesday, announcing that many students of the Rechalim yeshiva who have been summoned for interrogation are not planning to report to the police.
The yeshiva is attended by five boys being held for involvement in the death of a Palestinian Authority resident. Police put the summonses on a table in the yeshiva study hall on Wednesday. Bracha wrote, "This is a behavior that is illegal, aggressive and inappropriate, to say the least - even more so when it comes to a school and minors."
