Chairman Moshe Kahlon of the Kulanu Party asked the government secretariat on Monday to carry out the necessary process to approve the appointment of Member of Knesset Yifat Shasha-Biton as Minister of Construction and Housing.
Doctor Shasha-Biton will succeed Yoav Galant, who recently quit the party and the government. Her approval is expected in the Knesset plenum on Wednesday.
