Member of Knesset Motti Yogev (Jewish Home) called, Thursday morning, for destrouction of the heads of Hamas and terror infrastructures in Gaza. He said "The primary and immediate goal is the overwhelming of Hamas and victory over it.
Following an evening of more than 150 missiles being fired at Israel, retired colonel prefaced the call by saying, "The first obligation of a government and an army is to protect its citizens. One of the cornerstones of Israel's security is deterrence, which means that the enemy avoids action because of fear of its consequences, because it can not or does not want to meet its consequences. On this morning, in the high-trajectory firing of Hamas on our settlements in the south, this is not the case."
