A state attorney has informed the Supreme Court that, following the Goldin family's request to issue an interim injunction against the release of the body of Hamas terrorist Aziz 'Aweisat, the state is obligated to give advance notice of 72 hours before transferring any body, in accordance with decisions taken by the Cabinet.
