Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu reacted to this morning's mortar attacks on Gaza area communities by saying, "Israel views the attacks on it and its settlements by Hamas and the Jihad from the Gaza Strip very seriously."
He warned, "Israel will exact a heavy price from anyone who tries to harm it, and we see Hamas responsible for preventing such attacks against us."
