The Supreme Court made it clear on Sunday that the cancellation of government decisions regarding Jews evicted from Amona, Ofra and Netiv Haavot will apply only to the issue of monetary compensation.
However, the construction of the temporary neighborhood for the evictees of the Netiv Ha'avot neighborhood will continue as usual.
