Most Israelis (57%) will contact their neighbors in an emergency, such as injury at home, 40% will ask their neighbors to ask for sugar/milk, and 20% will not contact their neighbors under any circumstances, according to a survey by the Mosaica Center for Conflict Resolution by Agreement, in preparation for the "New Talk Week," promoting constructive dispute, between March 4th and March 10th.
A third of the Israelis (31.1%) know only the neighbors on their floor or next door, and a third of the Israelis (31%) are in close contact with their neighbors. In Judea and Samaria, close to 45% are in closer contact with their neighbors, compared with a quarter in Tel Aviv and the central region.
