Arab with pipe bomb arrested at Samaria Military Court

Border Police and military police stationed at the entrance to the Samaria Military Court have arrested a Palestinian Authority resident on whose person was discovered what appeared to be a pipe bomb hidden in his clothes. The entrance to the courthouse was blocked and a sapper was sent to the site.
