A security detail found a cellular-phone-activated bomb in an alley of the Tomb of Joseph compound on the outskirts of the Samarian Palestinian Authority city of Shechem on Monday evening, when bout 1,000 worshipers went there, ahead of tonight's start of the Jewish month of Shevat.
