Hundreds of people have attended the funeral of 17-year-old Raanan Gigi of Jerusalem, who died on Wednesday of intestinal cancer, and was one of the symbols of the Hadassah Hospital juvenile-cancer crisis. A Religious Zionist student at the Regavim Yeshiva, Raanan was hospitalized in the pediatric hemato-oncology ward of the Jerusalem hospital, and after the doctors' resignation six months ago, he underwent treatment for Sheba.
