Doctor Dore Gold, who served until recently as director-general of the Foreign Ministry and heads the Jerusalem Center for Public Affairs, claims that any political arrangement reached by Israel will be based first and foremost on broad agreement with the Arab states. Speaking at a StandWithUS event in in New York, Dr. Gold added, that security arrangements in any agreement they have to negotiate will have to be much tougher than we have known in the past.
