New IDF directive forbids wool tzitzit in heat waves

The Kol Baramah radio reports that a new directive issued by the IDF prevents the use of wool Tzitzit during "level 3" heat waves. N, a Givati Brigade soldier, says that the new directive stems from ignorance and not discrimination against religious soldiers.
