The police have announced that a prima facie evidentiary infrastructure had been set up against Haim Tnami, who is suspected of causing death by negligence, in connection with the incident last month, in which Vered Kramskevi died on the Tzofim road in Samaria.
The file was transferred from the police for review and decision of the Central District Attorney's Office.
