The Petah Tikva Magistrates Court has ordered the release of Haim Tenami of the western Samarian Jewish community of Tsofim to five days of house arrest as he awaits trial on suspicion of throwing girlfriend Vered Karamskoy out of a car in Samaria.
The police claimed that the suspect was suspected of murder and drug use. Tenami's defense attorney claimed that he denied the allegations against him.
