The Petah Tikva Magistrate's Court decided Thursday to release the suspect in the death of a 19-year-old woman from Petah Tikva at the beginning of the week to house arrest. The suspect, a 34-year-old resident of Samaria, was not there when her body was found on the side of the road, but returned to the scene.
