The military prosecution has filed an indictment against three officers involved in the incident last July in which Corporal Ilan Yankelevich drowned to death in a reservoir next to Kibbutz Kissufim, near Gaza.
Two of the officers were charged with involuntary manslaughter and another officer was charged with negligent conduct.
