Monday afternoon's death of a nine-year-old girl in the Jabel Mukaber neighborhood of Jerusalem is being treated as a hit-and-run attack.
Police who were called to the scene of the accident closed it while police traffic-accident inspectors carried out investigation and intelligence activies to locate the driver and vehicle.
