A man who was seriously injured in Monday afternoon's fatal accident near the Hananiah Junction in the Galilee was pronounced dead on arrival at Ziv/Sieff Medical Center in Tzfat. His death brought the toll in the accident to four after three victims were pronounced dead at the scene.
