Sheikh Raed Salah, was released from Ramon Prison, Monday evening, after having served nine months for his conviction for incitement to violence and racism, following a sermon delivered in East Jerusalem in 2007.
Police recommended, last week, that the head of the northern branch of the Islamic Movement be tried on new incitement charges.
