The police appraisal is growing that Thursday morning's stabbing in Ashdod was criminal and not terror related.
A preliminary investigation indicates a 40-year-old Arab was stabbed by a suspect who looked like a religious Jew who fled the scene. Large forces of police are searching for him. The victim was taken to Barzilai Hospital in Ashkelon with light wounds.
