Former United States Middle East envoy Dennis Ross has criticized Wednesday's Middle East policy speech by US Secretary of State John Kerry.
Interviewed by Israel Defense Forces Radio, Ross said part of the problem of Kerry's approach is that it's all or nothing and the problem with that is that it always results in nothing.
