An explosion was heard on Tuesday evening in the northern Tel Aviv neighborhood of Tzahala, in which well-known Israeli businessman Meir Shamir resides. There were no injuries or damages.
Police officers were called to the scene. The explosion appears to have been caused by an improvised explosive device.
