Update: 'Car Attack' Was Hit and Run, Now Arrested

Jerusalem police say that they attempted to stop a car for inspection when the driver sped off. He then struck two pedestrians, abandoned the vehicle, and escaped on foot.

Police chased after the suspect and arrested him.
