Moments before Thursday evening's rock-throwing attack which resulted in a baby being critically wounded, the Shomron Regional Council received a report that rocks had been thrown at a resident of the community of Eli as he passed through the same area.
As a result of the earlier attack, the man’s windshield shattered and his one-year-old son was lightly wounded and evacuated to the Beilinson Hospital in Petah Tikvah.
