16 Years for Man who Killed Peruvian Embassy Worker

Segundo Florand Levi Vargas of Ramle has been sentenced to 16 years for killing Peruvian embassy worker Rodrigo Caspin Cordoba. Vargas was convicted of manslaughter in a plea bargain agreement.

Cordoba was slain in 2011 in Ramle.
