Attack Foiled in Ma'aleh Adumim

Police thwarted an attack in Ma'aleh Adumim, east of Jerusalem, Thursday evening. A vehicle without license plates arrived at a roadblock at the entrance to the city. A 40-yar-old resident of the Samarian (Shomron) Palestinian Authority city of Shechem told authorities at the checkpoint that he was having difficulties with a resident of the nearby village of Azariya and was told he had to carry out an attack to end the dispute. The suspect was arrested and entrance to Ma'aleh Adumim was blocked.
