The Shin Bet Israel Security Agency published a denial, Tuesday, of a story in a Kuwaiti newspaper that Treasurer Yuval Steinitz leaked information on the Iranian nuclear threat from a security-diplomatic cabinet meeting, last month, to sow discord between Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu and Defense Minister Ehud Barak, according to Kol Yisrael government radio. The newspaper also said that Steinitz tried to blame Barak for the leak.

It was also reported that Shabak head Yoram Cohen called the finance minister and made it clear that the report was unfounded and baseless.
