The IDF said Monday night that it was imposing a general closure on Judea and Samaria, to go into effect midnight Monday night, and continue through Wednesday at midnight. The period extends through the end of Yom Kippur.

Arabs from Judea and Samaria will be unable to pass through the security fence without special medical or other permits, or for other humanitarian reasons, the IDF said.
