A special imaging blueprint of the Parchin military facility near Tehran was published, Sunday evening. Explanatory notes claim that a structure there is intended for development of a nuclear weapon. Diplomats claim it is very likely that a nuclear test took place there and that the Iranians are trying to blur the "incriminating evidence".
