Lobby: Migron Solution Depends on PM, Not on High Court

Knesset members Ze'ev Elkin (Likud) and Aryeh Eldad (National Union), who head the Knesset' s Land of Israel lobby, rejected, Sunday, Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu's contention that the keys to the future of the Binyamin-region Jewish community of Migron rest with the Supreme Court, which has ordered Migron's Jews out by the end of March. The lobby leaders said, in a statement, that "all High Court decisions on the outposts are based on the prime minister's position, and therefore the Prime Minister can change them."
