It will continue to be colder than average under partly cloudy to cloudy skies on Friday. Occasional showers over the north and center will spread to the northern Negev, accompanied by isolated thunderstorms and a continued threat of flash flooding in low-lying areas, including the Jordan Valley and Judean Desert, through Sunday. There's a high-wave warning at Mediterranean beaches. On Shabbat, the rain will spread further south in the Negev and snow is forecast for Mt. Hermon. On Monday it will be partly cloudy and slightly warmer with a chance of isolated light rain in the morning.
