The Almagor umbrella group of terror-victim associations expressed its opposition, Monday, to a proposal by coalition chairman Ze'ev Elkin to limit the number of security prisoners to be released in future exchanges. Among the features in the bill is a limit of 80-90 percent of the prisoners released in the most recent exchange.
