IDF forces prevented two separate attempted attacks on soldiers and border guard officers in Judea and Samaria (Yesha). Three Palestinian Authority women were arrested.
The first incident occurred at the Birzeit checkpoint near Ramallah when a PA woman approached with an unsheathed knife. She was arrested by soldiers and taken in for questioning. In Hevron, two PA women were arrested after one of them threw a knife at border guard when he discovered it during a security check.
