Terrorists tried to run over two Israeli Border Police officers at the Eshkolot Junction in the southern Hevron Hills Monday evening. The terrorists were in a vehicle full of Arabs who did not have permission to be out of the Palestinian Authority-assigned areas and tried to break through a roadblock.
The officers opened fire and lightly wounded two terrorists. No Israeli injuries were reported in the incident.
