MK Aryeh Eldad (NU/NRP) Sunday brushed off Prime Minister Ehud Olmert's condemnation of what he called a 'pogrom' by the residents of Yitzhar.
"When Olmert takes responsibility for preventing pogroms against Jews, we will make sure the Jews do not retaliate," Eldad said. "Because Olmert does not intend to defend Jewish settlements but instead prefers to push the racist law advanced by the criminal who sits next to him, Chaim Ramon, who wants to carry out ethnic cleansing, I will not learn morals from them."
