David Rutstein was arrested by Jerusalem police and taken to the Talpiot police station where he is currently in custody. Arutz Sheva is inquiring with the police regarding the grounds for his arrest.

Rutstein was demonstrating against Knesset Member Ofir Paz-Pines, who set up a protest tent outside Prime Minister Ehud Olmert's home, following last week's release of the interim report of the Winograd Commission on the Second Lebanon War. Rutstein handed out pamphlets to passersby, slamming the Knesset member for his part in silencing attempts to question events surrounding the 1995 assassination of then Prime Minister Yitzchak Rabin.
