A serious incident occurred during a right-wing protest at the entrance to Kibbutz Hatzerim, west of Be’er Sheva, on Monday evening: Several dozen protesters blocked the entrance to the kibbutz and a number of residents, opponents of the judicial reform, confronted them physically and verbally.
Among those who took part in the confrontation was the security officer of the kibbutz who fired into the air in an attempt to disperse the right-wing demonstrators, after cursing them vigorously.
The police were called to the scene and detained seven suspects for questioning.
