Residents of northern Israel are reporting seeing a streak of light on Thursday evening in the sky near the Lebanese border.
Those who filmed the phenomena say they saw an object flying toward Mount Hermon, crossing the sky for about a minute before completely disappearing.
The streak of light is believed to have been caused by SpaceX's launch of 56 Starlink satellites from Florida earlier in the day. Residents of neighboring countries, such as Lebanon, Syria, and Turkey, also reported seeing the celestial scene.
