The IDF has announced that the body of Mohammed Tarayra, who carried out the stabbing attack in Kiryat Arba this morning, will not be given to his family for burial.

IDF forces are currently carrying out operations within the village of Bani Na'im, from which the terrorist left to carry out the attack. They are interrogating the murderer's family. In the coming hours the IDF will surround the village.

Following this morning's attack, Minister Yariv Levin of the Likud said that if the Palestinian Authority doesn't end its incitement their sovereignty should be undermined. In an interview with Reshet Bet's Esti Perez, Levin said that the appropriate response to terror attacks is to settle more of Judea and Samaria, in order to show the terrorists that they will never be able to expel the Jews from their land.

Minister Levin is of the opinion that past experience demonstrates that concessions to the Palestinians do not bring about calm. "When you toss a wild animal a hunk of meat it devours it and comes back looking for more," he said.

There's been an improvement in the condition of Shuki Gilboa, who was wounded in the attack this morning, and his condition is now stable and moderate. He is being treated in the Intensive Care Unit in Hadassa Ein Kerem Hospital in Jerusalem.
