PA: Israel executed civilians

PA condemns raid by Israeli special forces that killed terrorists responsible for Barkan and Ofra attacks.

The Palestinian Authority's official news agency Wafa reports that hundreds of Palestinian Arabs demonstrated in Ramallah on Thursday to protest "the crimes of the Israeli occupation that executed three civilians" during the past 24 hours in Jerusalem, Nablus and Ramallah.

According to Wafa's report, "the occupation killed 29-year-old Salah al-Barghouti from the village of Kober in northern Ramallah after they arrested him in the village of Surda".

Wafa added that "a special force of the occupation army murdered the 23-year-old Shahid Ashraf Nalawa in the Askar Refugee Camp".

Issam Baker, coordinator of the National and Islamic Forces' operations, said that "the cold-blooded killings and killings will not dissuade our [Palestinian] people from continuing its struggle." Bakar demanded international protection for the Palestinian Arabs living in Judea and Samaria.

Salah Barghouti, 29, a Hamas terrorist from the village of Kobar near Ramallah, is the son of senior Hamas terrorist Omar Barghouti, who was imprisoned in Israel for 25 years.

Salah was eliminated night on Wednesday evening while trying to escape arrest and attempting to Israeli forces who tried to apprehend him.

The IDF, Israel Security Agency (Shin Bet) and the Yamam counterterrorism unit arrested the other terrorists who carried out the shooting attack at the Ofra junction.

They were taken for questioning by the Shin Bet.
