Hundreds of people, Jews and non-Jews alike, gathered on Saturday night for a vigil in the Squirrel Hill neighborhood in Pittsburgh, just a block away from the site of the shooting attack at the Tree of Life Synagogue.

Before the vigil, there was an interfaith ceremony at the Presbyterian church nearby. The organizers of the vigil were high schoolers who told Fox News they “could not wait for tomorrow or another day” and needed to gather at that moment.
