Arabs hurled rocks at an Israeli bus passing by an Arab village built along Route 60 in Samaria this morning, 0404 reported.

The bus was reportedly passing by the school in the Arab village of Luban Ash-Sharqiya near the Jewish community of Maale Levona when it was hit by rocks.

Hatzalah of Judea and Samaria said that no one was injured, but that the window of the bus was shattered.

The incident comes as security forces last night thwarted a potential terror attack at the Tzofim Checkpoint in Samaria.

After checking a PA resident who was behaving in a suspicious manner, a knife was found on his person. The suspect was arrested and interrogated at the scene.

Last night, IDF forces, in cooperation with Israel Police and Border Police, carried out a number of operations in villages around Judea and Samaria during which weapons were confiscated.

In the city of Tulkarem in Samaria, IDF forces confiscated a pistol being sold as part of an illegal weapons deal. The dealer was arrested and transferred for interrogation.

IDF forces arrested in Judea and Samaria last night 13 persons, 11 of whom are suspected of terror activity.
