The State of Israel, through the Center for International Cooperation of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Israeli Embassy in Juba, provided humanitarian aid to residents of a village in South Sudan, located in a drought-stricken area.

The aid included six tons of basic food items distributed by the Israeli Ambassador to South Sudan, Hanan Godar.
