Shooting attack in Gush Etzion

Women shot at while driving through Gush Etzion, vehicle unharmed.

An Israeli woman was shot at while driving on Route 60 between the town of Karmei Tzur and the nearby Arab settlement of Beit Ummar (founded in 1997) in Gush Etzion on Saturday night.

She and her vehicle were both unharmed.

IDF forces searched the area and found two bullet casings. They have not yet found the terrroists or their vehicle.

The victim's family, residents of Karmei Tzur, were also victims of a previous terror attack in Gush Etzion.

On Friday night, there was an attempted ramming and stabbing attack in the Binyamin region, when a terrorist attempted to ram and stab IDF soldiers near Ofra. As well, a stabbing attack was prevented on Friday in Hevron.
