Pete Hegseth and the Fox News team visited Jewish Hevron today, in an effort to better understand the Israel they report.
During the tour, they visited the Cave of the Patriarchs, where Pete held a Torah scroll donated by the family of Dr. Joe Frager, who organized the Fox News trip.
Afterward, they were led by local community spokesman Noam Arnon on a tour of the neighborhood, catching a glimpse of Beit Hadassah, and watched a film of the history of the place.
Pete, "The film was beautiful, and I call on everyone to come and visit in Hevron."
On August 16th, in the Leonardo Plaza Hotel, an event was held in honor of Fox News' Pete Hegseth. The event was organized by Israel supporters Dr. Joe Frager, Dr. Paul Brody, Odeleya Jacobs, businessman Ken Abramowitz, and Mark Rubin.
The event was attended by MKs and officials, among them former GSS head Avi Dichter, and Deputy Foreign Minister Rabbi Eli Ben Dahan.
Pete Hegseth is visiting Israel in order to get a close-up look at the security situation, and to work to extend joint efforts between the US and Israel.
