At least one woman is dead and 20 more people injured at the resort town Hua Hin in southern Thailand. The town is now in lock-down.

One Edwin Wiek tweeted that "one foreign man with wife and child badly injured, had bones sticking out of legs according to local people."

Another Twitter user claimed a Thai woman selling salad in the area was killed.

Two bombs hidden in plant pots were set off via a cellular device, within a half hour of each other, creating the deadly explosions. Police say the bombs were around 160 feet apart.

The Israel Foreign Ministry has announced that it is as yet unsure whether any Israelis were wounded in the attack.

This is a developing story.
